Understanding and practicing kindness

This lesson uses the theme of puppies to teach 6th graders about kindness. Through a video, discussion, and activities, students will explore what it means to be kind and how they can practice kindness in their daily lives. This lesson is important as it helps students develop empathy and improve their social interactions, reducing teasing and promoting a positive classroom environment.
