Introduce the Pause Practice Activity. Explain that students will go through scenarios and decide whether to pause or act. Encourage them to discuss their thought process with a partner.
Guide students through the scenarios, encouraging discussion and reflection. Highlight effective strategies for pausing and reflecting during the debrief.
Distribute the Reflection Journal Worksheet. Ask students to write about a time they acted impulsively and how they could have paused and reflected. Encourage sharing in small groups.
