Welcome to the Emotion Carnival!

Introduce the carnival theme and set an upbeat tone. Explain that today we will turn the classroom into an 'emotion carnival' where each station will let us explore a different feeling.

What are Emotions?

Discuss the basic idea of emotions in a simple and engaging way. Use simple definitions and images if available.

Happiness Station

Introduce the Happiness Station. Encourage students to share examples of what makes them happy and mimic joyful expressions.

Anger & Calm Stations

Combine stations discussing anger and calm. Highlight techniques for managing anger and practicing calmness such as deep breathing.

Sharing & Reflection

Conclude with a reflection prompt. Ask students to share something they learned or a new way to manage their emotions.
